Gregory (Greg) Mark Thompson, age 61, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away on August 28, 2024, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on October 6, 1962 in Siloam Springs, AR to Marion Gilbert Thompson and Nova Jean Martino-Thompson.
Greg graduated from Catoosa High School, Catoosa, OK. He continued with his education at DeVry University in Texas and then went to Green Country Technology in Okmulgee, OK. Greg liked to invent electrical things, and liked to play games, but was a sore loser. His favorite singer was Blondie. Years ago, he found a stray dog and brought it home and named her Blondie.
Greg was good at giving things to people if they needed something.

Greg is preceded in death by his parents, Gibert and Jean Thompson, and his niece JR Ash.
He is survived by his brother Doug Thompson and wife Phillis of Catoosa, OK; Sister Jeanne Ash and husband John of Catoosa, OK; Niece Crystal Olsen and husband Craig of Tulsa, OK; Nephews Phillip Thompson of Catoosa, OK, John Ash ll and wife Tiffanie of Catoosa, OK; Great-Niece Jordan Fowler and husband Hayden of Owasso, OK and Great-Nephew Blake Leonard of Owasso, OK; a host of cousins, extended family and friends.
