Guy W. Addison

Guy W Addison, age 65, passed away with his wife holding his hand on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at Agrace Hospice Care in Fitchburg, WI after a brief illness. 

Guy was born on November 3, 1958 to Donald and Shirley (Radar) Addison. Guy graduated from Deerfield High School in 1977. He married Tina (McCune) Addison on 11-11-11. 

When he married Tina, Guy also gained two bonus sons, Zach and Cade. He was incredibly proud of them. He had a special bond with Cade; they were best buds and enjoyed spending time together. Guy also enjoyed watching Zach race. 

Guy is survived by his wife, Tina; his bonus sons Zachery Boden and Cade Studer; grandson Dallas Boden; his father Donald (Bruce} Addison; sister Amy (Dave) Bilsky; niece Michelle (Dominic) Selfa; great-nephew Declan Selfa; and great-niece Mia Selfa.  He is also survived by his parents-in-law Michael and Gail Garity; brother-in-law Tom McCune. Guy was preceded in death by his mother Shirley (Radar) Addison.

Guy loved to camp and UTV with friends. He enjoyed tractor pulls and just hanging out with his friends. He also enjoyed cruising in his Nova going to car shows with Tina. He loved his dogs like his children and spent countless hours playing in the yard with them. 

Family and friends are welcome to gather from 12-4:00 PM on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at the Deerfield Rod and Gun Club, 4372 Rod and Gun Road, Deerfield, WI 53531 to celebrate Guy's life. 

  Guy will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and dogs.
