Harvey C. Fry, longtime Milton resident, beloved patriarch, Marine veteran, and successful businessman, passed away peacefully on February 16th, 2025, at his home in Milton, Wisconsin, surrounded by his loving family. As the founder of Fry Foundations in Milton, Harvey built not only solid structural foundations but also created a legacy through his dedication to family and community. He was born February 9th, 1942, in Chili, WI, the son of the late Clinton and Evelyn Fry. He was a graduate of Milton High School. Following high school graduation Harvey enlisted in the Marine Corps spending four years serving his country. On June 14, 1975, he married the love of his life Barbara J. Trumpy at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Milton. Harvey's life was enriched by his three children: Jeff Fry (Tammy), Dennis Fry (Sandy), and Shelly Fowler, as well as his stepchildren Michael Cornellier (Diane) and Larry Cornellier Jr. His wit, kindness, and boundless love for family were defining traits of his character. As a United States Marine, he served his country with honor and carried the Corps' values of dedication and integrity throughout his life. Together with his beloved wife Barb, Harvey built Fry Foundations from the ground up. Their shared vision, combined work ethic, and commitment to excellence made the company a cornerstone of the Milton community. Harv and Barb cherished their time together whether hosting holidays, card parties, or their often-shared dinners at home. His brotherhood with fellow veterans Dick, Oliver, and Donny ran deep - sharing not just their military service but decades of friendship, laughter, and endless banter. Side by side, Harv and Barb created not only a successful business but also a loving family and a warm home filled with friendship, which Harvey always considered his greatest achievements. Barbara preceded him in death, but their legacy of hard work, family values, and hospitality lives on. Harvey's legacy lives on through his grandchildren: Karissa (Chad), Taylor (Zeke), Zachary Harvey, Blayse, Eden, Jordyn, Katie, Jessica, Krystalynn, Lawrence (Stephanie), Christian (Cassandra), Colin, and Autumn, as well as fifteen great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clinton and Evelyn Fry, brother, James Tysver, step grandson, Curtis, and his soulmate, Barbara. Our beloved "Papa" will be profoundly missed by his entire family. Just as he spent his life building strong foundations, he laid an unshakeable foundation of love, wisdom, and values for his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren to build upon. We will forever cherish his infectious smile, quick wit, and the endless love that he poured into strengthening our family's foundation. His legacy stands firm in the countless memories, life lessons, and stories that will continue to support generations of the family he held so dear. In lieu of flowers please consider making a donation to Milton Area Veteran's Memorial. Funeral Services will be 12:00PM Friday February 21, 2025 at St. Johns Evangelical Lutheran Church, Milton. Visitation will be from 1000 am until time of services at the church. The Albrecht Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Milton is assisting the family with arrangements.
