Hazel was a 1952 Graduate of Brown High School. She had worked at Bell Nursing Home for over 25 years and was a member of the North Salem Presbyterian Church. Hazel enjoyed going out to eat and shopping.
Surviving are: her daughter Marleice Renee Gorring; her son Howard David Gorring; her grandson Marc Simon Ross; her sister Shirley Bell; several cousins; and her cat Athena.
Visitation will be on Thursday, August 1, 2024 at Bundy-Law Funeral Home from 11 am to 1 pm with services to begin at 1 pm. Pastor Bruce Colvin will officiate with burial following in Flat Ridge Cemetery. Hazel's online guest book may be viewed and signed at www.bundy-lawfuneralhome.com.
