WOODHULL, Hazel R. – of Fairgrove, age 89, went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. Funeral services will be held at 11AM Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Pastor JJ Perry officiating. Burial to follow in Flint Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Tuesday from 2PM until 8PM, and on Wednesday from 10AM until the time of service at 11AM. Memorial contributions may be made to The Gideons International.
Hazel was born January 18, 1935, in Mount Clemens, Michigan, to the late David and Hazel (Woodruff) Inman. She graduated from Saginaw High School. Hazel married the love of her life, Orville L. Woodhull, Sr. on August 28, 1954, in Saginaw. They enjoyed many wonderful years together before Orville passed away on January 26, 2011. As a devoted homemaker, she lovingly raised six children and created a nurturing home filled with warmth. A steadfast Christian, prayer warrior, and faithful member of the Assembly of God, Hazel's faith was central to her life. She delighted in crocheting, knitting, quilting, tatting, playing Ten Thousand, and watching classic westerns. Her deep affection for people was reflected in every aspect of her life.
Surviving are: Daughters: Sherry (Steve) Bradley, Sheila (Brian) Trimble, Sharmaine (Alwin) Reid, and Shannon Myers; Sons: Orville (Rana) Woodhull, Jr., and Andrew (Sarah) Woodhull; Grandchildren: Dennis Bradley, Steven Bradley II, Nathanial Bradley, Vanessa (Jeremy) Reid Wells, Alwin John Reid, Naomi Trimble (fiancé Matthew), Raymond Myers (fiancée Tory), Rosie Myers, Jeneva Woodhull, Andrew Woodhull II, Kyle Carter, Kayla Carter, Kaitlyn Carter, Victoria Duel and Lane Duel; 7 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandson. Hazel was also preceded in death by: Son in law, Samuel "Sam" Myers; Siblings: Alta Rivers, Margaret Inman-New, Basil Inman, Roland Inman, David Inman, Matthew Inman, Eugene Inman, Cecil Inman, and Merton Inman; Please sign our guestbook or share an online condolence with the family at www.oguinnfh.com.
