Helen Marie Oliver Asher left her Earthly home December 16, 2023 at the age of 75.
She is full of happiness and big smiles since she has joined her Lord & Savior and is
living in her mansion he had prepared for her. Helen had been ill for a while and passed
away peacefully in her sleep. She will be greatly missed but we find comfort knowing we will join her some
day soon.
Helen was born July 14,1948 in Freeport, Texas to Helton & Evelyn Oliver. She was the 3rd of 5 children.
Helen married Richard E. Asher on June 25,1966, they had 3 children.
Helen was proceeded in death by her husband Richard E. Asher of 50 years, daughter: Donna Marie
Asher, Parents : William Helton Oliver and Verda Evelyn Lewis Oliver, Sister: Joyce Rivers, Brothers: Robert Oliver and Dennis Oliver
She is survived by Brother: William Ray Oliver of Granbury, Texas. Daughter: Tammy Retzer and husband Bobby of Baytown, Texas
Son: Mark Asher and wife Michele of Highlands,Texas.
6 Grandchildren: Robert Retzer wife Ivone, Tamlyn Hayman husband Toby, Tyler Retzer wife Hannah, Taaka Asher, Kyle Smith and Greg Meismer
12 Great Grandchildren: Talyn, Talee, Penelope, Tripp, Tee, Avery, Tinlee, Teal, Ophelia, Roper, Killian and Magnus
Viewing will be held Thursday, Dec. 21st from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Deer Park Funeral Home 336 E. San Augustine Deer Park, Texas 77536
Service will be held 10:00 AM, Friday, Dec. 22nd at Cathedral of Praise Assembly of God ( Cop Church )

Graveside service will follow that day at 3.00 p.m. King Cemetery County Road 728 Thornton, Texas 76687
