On January 11, 1967 Helen married Paul Crummett who survives. Also surviving are her daughters, Tammy O'Brien, Jennifer (Kevin) Connor, and Sherry Whittaker; her grandchildren, Samantha, Austin, Courtney, Tyler, Natalie, and Alyssa; her step grandchildren, Lorne, Jillian, Lauren, Jake, Elizabeth, Nick, Philip, and John; along with her brother, Roger (June) Bray.
In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by her siblings, Wells, Elwood, Bobby, Gary, Lonnie, Betty, Gladys, and Leota.
A Memorial Service Celebrating Helen's Life will be held at the Canton Baptist Temple 515 Whipple Ave. NW, Canton, OH. 44708 on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Bob Hutton officiating. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service at the church. Online condolences and fond memories may be left for the family at www.reedfuneralhome.com

I remember Helen was helping me in the kitchen in Akron Deaf Club. She was the sweetest woman that I ever met, I miss her laugh, smile and really nice communication with her. She had a special personality in her soul. I love her so much really enjoy talking with her. R.I.P. Helen
