Helen Hutson, 95, Crawfordsville, passed away Thursday morning at Ben Hur Health and Rehab.
She was born on August 8, 1927, in Grange Corner to Vance and Hazel (Hensley) Myers. She was married to Harry Hutson and he preceded her in death on July 5, 2007. Helen worked in the office of the Indiana Gas Company for several years.
She was a sweet soul that was a good cook, loved her flowers and dolls, and especially loved her grandchildren. She was a good wife, mother, and grandmother.
Survivors include her children, Sonny "Harold" (Laura) Hutson and Roger (Sandi) Hutson, both of Crawfordsville, siblings, Harold Myers and Ginny Little. Also surviving are 13 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her sons, Gerald, Earl and his wife Linda, sisters, Katherine Davies and Eileen Perry and brother, Pete Myers.
Funeral services will be held at noon on Tuesday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Alan Stover officiating. Visitation will begin at 10 am on Tuesday. She will be buried at Oak Hill Cemetery North.
