NORTH ATTELBORO- Helen G. Melucci, age 85, of North Attleboro, passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love, comfort, and care of her devoted family on the early morning of Monday, March 3, 2025, at her home.
Born on November 20, 1939, in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, Helen was one of three children born to the late Henry and Celia (Vaughn) Faella.
A hardworking woman with a special place in her heart for animals, Helen was the owner of her own animal boarding business and a champion dog handler. She provided her clients with the utmost compassion and care.
In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening, but most of all, spending time with treasured family.
Helen is survived by her proud and cherished children: John H. Melucci of Lincoln, RI, Nancy C. Melucci of North Smithfield, RI, and Robert F. Melucci and his wife Haydee of
Lincoln, RI; Grandchildren: Miranda Lyons, Alyssa Sugrue, Robert Melucci, and Nelsey Melucci; her great-grandson: Landen Pagliarini; and also, nieces, nephews and extended family members.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in passing by her daughter: Sharon Lyons-Sugrue and her siblings: Camilla Byrne and Richard Faella
Helen's services will take place privately.
