Helena was born in Torun, Poland January 5, 1926, and passed away on January 7, 2022. She moved to the United States in 1966, and lived in Garfield Heights. Helena was the supervisor of housekeeping at the Bulkley Building, and a parishioner at St. Noel Catholic Church.
Helena had a "green thumb" and loved flowers and gardening. She was fond of traveling, especially on cruises and to Poland, and enjoyed her native Polish polka music along with Frank Sinatra. Helena was a loving woman devoted to her family. She was hardworking, strong, and independent, but she also had a great sense of humor and was very sociable. She was stylish and always impeccably dressed. Helena will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Helena to Hospice of the Western Reserve (www.hospicewr.org).
