He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer Witherow and Margie "Banks" Witherow; son, Shannon Witherow; brother, Luther Witherow.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Louise Witherow; son, Micheal Witherow; daughter, Tammy (Ronnie) Kyle, daughter in-law Blanca Witherow; sisters Linda (Jimmy) Loner, Evelynn (Ronald) Harmon; grandchildren, Mandy Branson, Josh Kyle, Colby Witherow, Sebastin Witherow, Jessica Witherow; great grandchildren, Caleb (Hope) Branson, Logan (Megan) Branson, Gavin Morgan; great great grandchildren, Emmy, Addie, Hailynn. Also, Special Neighbors The Alcantar Family.
Pallbearers will be Josh Kyle, Colby Witherow, Caleb Branson, Logan Branson, Gavin Morgan, Marty Farmer.
A funeral service will be held in the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home Friday, March 10, 2023 at 1:00 PM with Brother Ronnie Kyle and Pastor Bret Bellamy officiating.
The family will be receiving friends for visitation from 5:00 - 8:00 PM Thursday, March 9, 2023 at Dalton Funeral Home.
Interment will be at Casey Springs Cemetery, Chatsworth, GA
Arrangements have been entrusted to independently owned and operated Dalton Funeral Home, 620 S. Glenwood Ave. Dalton, GA 30721; 706-529-5371.
