Steve is survived by sisters Julie Hodge of Savannah, Georgia; Cindy Dude of Argyle, Texas; Jan Reeve of Hyde Park, Utah; and brother David Hodge of Mahomet, Illinois.
Steve was preceded in death by his parents Rex and Betty Hodge.
Steve was involved in information technology for most of his career. He held a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Illinois and a master's degree from the Nintendo DigiPen Institute of Technology in Vancouver, British Columbia. Steve was a member of Logan Street Baptist Church. He was an avid sports fan, enjoyed programming video apps and games, as well as biking.
A Greeting of Family and Friends will be held Friday, July 14, 2023 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Logan Street Baptist Church in Mount Vernon.
