Born on January 19, 1938, in Whites Brook, New Brunswick, Canada, Yogi was the beloved son of Joseph Olivier and Yvonne Lianne (St. Laurent) LePage. His childhood nickname, given by a toddler cousin struggling to pronounce his French name, became an endearing part of his identity.
A hardworking and determined individual, Yogi graduated from Bosco Tech High School in Rockland, NY, Class of 1959, and later earned his Welding Certificate from Wentworth Institute in Boston. He spent over 35 years working for the Welders and Pipefitters Union Local 138, where he built a respected reputation for his skill and craftsmanship until his well-earned retirement. He remained a man of all trades, imparting his knowledge and trade secrets to his grandchildren.

He was also a proud member of the American Legion Post 277 in Boca Raton, Florida.
A true adventurer at heart, Yogi loved snowmobiling, boating, fishing, traveling the world, camping in his motor home, and going on cruises. An avid Boston sports fan, he never missed an opportunity to cheer for his teams. His enthusiasm extended to bingo, where he enjoyed both the game and the friendships it fostered.
Yogi and his beloved wife, Patricia L. (Darisse) LePage, shared 63 beautiful years of marriage, filling their home with warmth, laughter, and countless celebrations. Together, they hosted over 100 parties for all types of occasions, creating lasting memories with friends and family. Their passion for home renovations was another reflection of their shared creativity and commitment to building a welcoming space for loved ones.
He was the devoted father to Deborah LePage and her husband Stephen Claffey, Yvonne (LePage) Beirne and her husband John, and Jacqueline (LePage) Ryan and her husband Daniel. He was a proud grandfather to Sean O'Hersey and his wife Christine, Kaylene Hersey and her husband Robert Gilchrist, Seamus Beirne, Hadyn Beirne and his wife Leeda Phaen, Dylan Beirne, Devon Goldberg, and Ethan Goldberg.
