Ida was born on Friday, May 15, 1942, in Parsons, a daughter of the late William B. Moore and Bessie Marie Jeffries Moore. She had been married to Chester Moore who preceded her in death.
Left to cherish Ida's memory is a daughter, Nellie Workman and a son, James Workman, a brother, Earl Moore, and a sister, Rosalea Moore and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding Ida in death besides her parents and husband was a daughter, Betty Workman and a brother, Bill Moore.
Ida attended school in both Tucker County and Barbour County. She had worked at Parsons Footwear, a bakery in Baltimore, MD, and as a homemaker. She had attended the Baptist Church in Parsons. She enjoyed shopping, watching westerns, car rides, and going to the Senior Center.
The family's request for cremation will be honored.
