Carla and family,
I am so sorry to hear of the passing Ms. Manus. I had the pleasure of meeting her a couple of times and she was the sweetest person I have ever met! My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Ms. Imogene will be truly missed. Whatever the church needed she was there quiet but resourceful. She loved my girls.

I went to McKinley Elementary School, and remember well our librarian, Ms. Manus. I still remember the little chuckle she gave to herself when she saw me staring at "The Biggest Fish in the Sea" on the cart of returned books-those were untouchable. That book was the rage, and she let me check it out anyway, even though it came from that cart! May she rest in peace and may her family and friends find comfort.
