Irvin Wesley Meador

Irvin Wesley Meador, age 80, passed away on August 7, 2025, in Warner Robins, Georgia. Born on June 1, 1945, in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Irvin was the son of the late Dwight and Maurice (Chastain) Meador. Irvin proudly served his country in the United States Army, dedicating his life to service until his retirement. A simple man with a quiet strength, Irvin was known for his skill as a handyman and his love of the little things-especially a cold Coca-Cola, his favorite treat. More than anything, Irvin cherished his role as a father and grandfather. His children and grandchildren were the greatest joys of his life, and he loved them deeply. He is preceded in death by his parents. Left to honor and remember his legacy are his children: Allan Meador, Kevin Meador, Crystal Meador Sands (Shannon), Sierra Meador, and Darrin Meador; and his grandchildren: Diana, Christian, Stephen, and Sean. He is also survived by Kimberly (Anniece) Meador, as well as several brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews. With honor and care, Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory has been entrusted with the arrangements. Irvin will be remembered for his quiet presence, his steady hands, and his boundless love for his family. He will be dearly missed.
