Jack is predeceased by his parents; Gabriel and Virginia. He is survived by his loving wife Loriann, cherished children; Gabrielle Vander Berg and husband Richard, Jack Jr., Brianne Sanfelice, adored grandchildren; Luca James Sanfelice, Dominic William Vander Berg and Mila Sophia Sanfelice. Jack also leaves his sisters; Stephanie Gluck and Lena Sanfelice.
