Jackie Paul Davis, 72, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away surrounded by his family on March 26, 2025.
Jackie is preceded in death by his mother, Mildred Godby; his father, Gayle Davis; siblings, Gayle "Butch" Davis and Danny Davis; and brother-in-law, Charles Bennett.
Jackie is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Brenda Gardner Davis; daughter, A.K. MacGeorge; granddaughter, Devin Mader; sisters, Saundra Noel, Anita (Robert) Gullett, Phyllis Bennett, Debbie Morgan; brothers, Gerald (Tammy) Davis and Todd Davis.
Jackie was a loving husband, papaw and dad. He was a graduate of Oldham County High School. Jackie was a retiree of Kentucky Trailer Company. He had a love of bowling and bowled in many leagues in his lifetime. He loved spending time with his family and making people laugh. Jackie never met a stranger, to know him was to love him.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Newcomer, East Louisville Chapel (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243). Friends and family are invited to come and share memories.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jackie's memory can be made to the American Heart Association or the Kentucky Humane Society.
