Jacob W. Grimme, 38, of Avon, passed away on June 17, 2025. He was born on December 2, 1986 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Charles T. Grimme and Jeraldine (Wilborn) Grimme. Jacob graduated from Hamilton Southeastern High school in 2005. He later worked as a HVAC technician and as an investor involving investments/commodities. Jacob loved playing video games, swimming at the beach and was an avid coin collector, regularly attending vintage coin shows. He is preceded in death by his father, Charles T. Grimme; uncle, John M. Grimme; aunt, Shirley G. King. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Survivors include his mother, Jeraldine Grimme; brothers, Dale Schmaltz, Michael Schmaltz and Jay Messer; sister, Angela (Yves) LeGoff; uncles, Eldon R. Maly, Randall (Paula) Grimme, Franklin (Cynthia) Grimme; aunts, Melanie Lister and Cheryl Grimme; several nieces and nephews.
