Jacob Lacinak Obituary
He was born February 6, 1982 in Oberlin, OH and had been a lifelong Vermilion resident, in recent years relocating to Elyria.
Jake was a big fan of all Cleveland and Cincinnati sports, was an avid reader, a history buff, enjoyed music and playing his guitars.
He is survived by his mother, JoAnn Lacinak; siblings, Julia (Ryan) Jasko; Tara Lacinak, Will Lacinak, and Aidan Lacinak; several nieces and nephews; step mother, Barbara Lacinak; step sisters, Bridget (Daryl) J Lahti and Amy Beth Herman; his best friend, Joe Joe; and his girlfriend, Patti.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph J Lacinak, Jr.; brother, Joseph James "Jamie" Lacinak, III; and his paternal and maternal grandparents.
A celebration of Jake's life will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions in Jake's honor may be made to Lifebanc, an organ donation organization at 4775 Richmond Road, Cleveland, OH 44128 (https://www.lifebanc.org/) or choose to give the gift of life by registering as an organ donor.
