I just learned today that Joe passed. I'm so sorry. I met Joe in 2017 while house hunting. He is the reason I bought in Vermilion. He saved me from buying a few things I would have regretted. For that I will be forever grateful.. He was concerned about our safety since it was just myself and my two daughters. A few years after we closed on the house we ran in to Joe and Barb at Susie's, they left before us but we did get to speak to them. When it came time to pay our check the waitress said an anonymous person already paid it. She wouldn't tell us who it was but I believe it was Joe. He was a great guy and is missed.
