Jacque Y Nielsen

Jacqueline Nielsen, the daughter of Jack and Dolly (Lansing) Paulson, was born on January 12, 1936, in Rutland, Iowa.
She was raised in Rutland and attended school there through 10 th grade, then moved to
Eagle Grove, and graduated with the "Class of 1953".
On August 14, 1955, Jacque was united in marriage with Arliss Nielsen at the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Eagle Grove. The couple made their home on a farm North of Woolstock, where they raised their three children: Randy, Todd and Shelly.
Jacque was an active member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Eagle Grove. She enjoyed going out to eat, vacations, and square dancing. She was very close to her relatives and enjoyed spending time with her grandkids.
Jacque passed away on February 24, 2025, at Southfield Wellness Community, Webster City, at the age of 89 years. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Arliss in 2020.
Jacque is survived by her children: Randy Nielsen (Jill) of Mason City, Todd Nielsen (Anne) of Webster City and Shelly Hogan (Scott) of North Oaks, MN; grandchildren: Tyler Nielsen (Tara), Bennett Nielsen, Corbin Nielsen (Taylor), Andrew Nielsen, Lana Clark (Dan), Krista Hogan (Alex) and Miranda Hogan; great grandchildren: Tory, Tate and Tessa Nielsen, Eliza, Callan and Jackson Clark, Sully and Ellis Nielsen and sister, Barbara Giese (Ron).
A Private family service will be at a later date.
