WATERBURY- Mrs. Jacqueline (Cyr) Dupont, 87, passed away peacefully on Monday evening January 16, 2023, at the Vitas Inpatient Unit of St. Mary's Hospital, surrounded by the love and comfort of her family. She was the devoted wife of the late Waterbury firefighter, Roger Dupont.

She made the world a better place for all of us, and we are blessed and thankful to have had her in our lives for the past 87 years. May her memory be a blessing to us all.
Left to cherish her memory and carry on her legacy are her children; Debra Lombardo, Michele Valletta and her husband John, Donald Dupont and his wife Theresa, Kenneth Dupont and his wife Nancy, Renee Eriksen and her husband Kevin, Danielle Topazio and her husband Chris, her fourteen grandchildren, Kiley Lombardo, Brian Valletta, Kimberly (Matthew) Ciminera, Ryan Dupont, Alyssa Dupont, Marnee (Frances) Hernandez, Matthew Pinciaro, Luke Pinciaro, Christopher Dupont, Sydney Dupont, Spencer (Marisha) Eriksen, Dale Eriksen, Paige Topazio, Cody Topazio, and four great grandchildren, Charlotte Eriksen, Palmer Eriksen, Jack Ciminera, and August Brown. My sympathies to all the kids on Jackie“s passing. Always hard to lose your Mom. I remember her well, living upstairs on Chestnut Ave and babysitting first for three children, then eventually for six. She taught me to crochet when I was in college and that led to many afghans for family and friends. God bless you all!
