Jacqueline Hamblin Obituary
Jacqueline Suzanne Zyla Hamblin of Harrisville, Utah passed peacefully with family by her bedside on July 2, 2023.
She graduated with a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from Adler University. Jacquie started her career with Nucor in Kankakee, Illinois and after several promotions she became the first female production manager in 75 years at Vulcraft in Brigham City, Utah.
Jacquie had a passion for adventure, music, fitness, family, golf, and Tito’s.
Jacquie is survived by her husband, Zachary; her children, Raegan (14) and Teague (13); stepdaughters, Madelyn (17), and Kamryn (15); mother, Judith Rathert; sister, Christina (Nick) Bumba; brother, Michael (Anna) Zyla; nephews, Mason and Nathan; niece, Gavyn; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Preceded in death by her father, Michael Zyla; amazing stepfather, Marvin Rathert; grandparents, Robert and Theresa Besse, and Mathew and Julie Zyla; and her aunt, Joanne Zyla Kubat.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s North Ogden Mortuary, 2140 N. Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Saturday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the mortuary.
Services will be live-streamed and available the day of the services by scrolling to the bottom of Jacqueline’s obituary page at: www.lindquistmortuary.com, where condolences may also be shared.
A Memorial service will also be held on Saturday, July 22, 2023 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Back Forty, 77 North Main Street, Manteno, Illinois.
A Celebration of Life instead of a benefit will be held on Sunday, July 23, 2023 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Post Game Pub, 9630 North Willow Lane, Mokena, Illinois.
