We met Jimmy over 30 years ago in Austin when he installed a new Central Heat and Air system. He and my husband hit it off immediately. Don loved Jimmy's stories about San Angelo. Every year when he came to check our system, or make repairs, we enjoyed having him in our home.
I lost my husband in 2007 and Jimmy has been so kind to me, coming immediately anytime I had a problem. If he had time, he would stay for a little while to talk of his family, his pride in his son, his delight with the grandchildren. He told me he was planning to retire and move to San Angelo to be near his mother.
I will miss him - his conversations, his kindness toward me, the tomatoes he shared, and that smile and thanks when I handed him a jar of my preserves.
My condolences to all his family. He was a fine man and I know the sadness his loss has meant for all.

It´s with a heavy heart that I am writing this. Jimmy Kieth was my friend from as far back as grade school. We lived together in Houston for a few years. We had some great times going to sporting events and music venues. His favorite thing to do was going to the Horseshoe and playing video poker. Also going to the dog tracks to net on the dogs. An avid Longhorn fan, also Joe Ely fan. I will miss you my friend but will never forget our times together. Godspeed and will see you one day
