James O. “Jamey” Collins, Jr. 54 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on May 27, 2024. He was born September 5, 1969, in Indianapolis, Indiana to James O. and Judith (Cline) Collins, Sr. Jamey, as he was affectionately known worked as an Inspector for Rolls Royce for over 10 years and was a member of the UAW Local 933. He loved to go fishing, hunting, visiting Dale Hollow Lake, riding jet skis, country music, and spending time with his family. Jamey is survived by his son, Austin Collins, his grandson, Landon Collins, his father, James O. Collins, Sr., his sister, Sandra (Mike) Lalioff, his nieces, Lauren and Megan Lalioff, and his nephew, Greg Lalioff. He is preceded in death by his mother, Judith Collins, his sister, Victoria Collins, and his brother, Greg Collins. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 31, 2024, 10:00am-11:00am at Flanner Buchanan Floral Park with the funeral service there at 11:00am. He will be laid to rest at Floral Park Cemetery following the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
