A graduate of Roncalli High School, Greg was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, having served in the Vietnam War. He was a retired truck driver. Greg was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He enjoyed fishing, playing the ponies at the racetrack, and took in all sports – both professional and collegiate.
Greg is survived by his two nieces, Shannon P. (Randy) Drummond of Indianapolis and Tammy L. (Tim) Courtney of Wanamaker; four great-nieces and three great-great-nieces. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his older brother, Charles R. Dorsey.
Military services and inurnment will take place later at Crown Hill National Cemetery, Indianapolis.
