James "Jim" B. Pennell II, age 73 of Fairborn, Ohio passed away unexpectedly of a massive brain hemmorage on April 2, 2025. He was born June 20, 1951 in New Albany, Indiana son of the late James and Dolores Pennell.
In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his aunt, Fannillee.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Janice Pennell; son, Sean Pennell; and brother, Gregory Pennell.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
