James Leroy Rennaker Sr., a cherished father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2025, at the age of 75, in Marlow, Oklahoma. Born on June 26, 1950, in Eldorado, Kansas, to Joseph and Wauneta (Dunham) Rennaker, James grew up with a love for the simple joys of life, a trait that he carried with him through the years.

No services are scheduled at this time, all cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services.

After graduating from Pratt Public Schools, James dedicated his life to serving his community through various roles. He worked tirelessly as a truck driver, a police officer, and managed a dog food plant. His work ethic was unmatched, and his contributions to the community were deeply appreciated by all who knew him.

James was a devout Christian who lived his faith through his actions. He was known for his loving, friendly, and kind nature, touching the lives of many with his warmth and generosity. His family was his pride and joy, and he leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.

He is survived by his sons, Clint Rennaker of Rush Springs, James Rennaker Jr. and wife Julie of Rush Springs, Clay Rennaker of Rush Springs, Jacob Rennaker of Rush Springs; his daughters, Deedra Wesolowski and husband Billy of Rush Springs, Deena Dillinger and husband Mark of Pensacola, FL; his beloved grandchildren, Kaleb, Nicholas, Leah, Isaac, Eli, Andre, Asher, Kaylin, Bethany, Samuel, KcKailey, Mackenzie, Chelby, Trevor, Kaleb, Blake, Kadence, and Morgan; and his great-grandchildren, Madilyn Sue, Holley Mae, Hayes Brandon, Griffin David, Archer Derek, Creek Aaron, Lawson James, Witten Walker. His brother, Bob Rennaker of Pratt, KS, also survives him.

James was preceded in death by his loving parents, Joseph and Wauneta Rennaker; his sister, Karen Rhone; and his brothers, Joe Rennaker and Bill Rennaker. His life was a testament to the enduring strength of family bonds and the power of a life well-lived.

An avid outdoorsman, James found solace and joy in fishing, hunting, and embracing the beauty of nature. He was an enthusiast of owning and shooting guns, a passion that was only matched by his love for watching football and John Wayne movies. James also found pleasure in burning trees at the pig farm, driving down back roads, and circling around the lake. Above all, his favorite moments were those spent surrounded by his family, whom he adored more than anything.

James Leroy Rennaker Sr. will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and the many lives he touched with his compassionate spirit.
