James Shutler Obituary

He was born in Proctor, WV on January 7, 1943, son of the late Harold and Helen (Miller) Shutler.
He was a Veteran of the US Army and was retired from the former PPG. He was a member of the New Martinsville, WV Legion and the Moose.
He is survived by dear friend and companion, Carolyn Golein and her family; sisters, aunts, nephews and nieces.
Friends will be received on Wednesday March 13, 2024 from 3 pm until the time of service at 6 pm at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Wheeling (304-242-2311)
Interment will be at the convenience of the family.

My father and I both served with Jim in the 152MP of Moundsville, WV. Jim and my father were very close during their time in service there. They had a great time together serving our country. Today they are riding in their jeep exploring more things to get into. RIH Jimmy Shutler say hey to Dad for me. Frank E. Bland, Jr.
