Janet fell asleep in death surrounded by her family on Saturday, December 31, 2022 after she bravely battled cancer for a year.
She was predeceased by her father, Wilfred Hancock O'Brien and mother, Marjorie (nee. Pollard) O'Brien. She leaves behind her husband, John Buchanan; daughters, Chelsea (Lawrence) Buchanan-Treger and Samantha (Kyle) Buchanan; her sons, Kyle (Nae) Buchanan and Lucas (Aleks) Buchanan; her granddaughter Winnifred Buchanan, and her furry buddy Bentley, as well as extended family, friends and students.
Please join us in saying goodbye on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 404 E. Liberty St., Milford, MI 48381 from 3:00PM - 8:00PM. A time of sharing will begin at 6:00PM.
