JANET HUDEC (nee Fry) age 85, beloved wife for 56 years of Daniel; loving mother of Tanya Wagner (husband Mark) and Brian; devoted grandmother of Katrina and David Wagner; cherished daughter of the late Wilbur and Florence (nee Hoy) Fry; dearest sister of Kenneth Fry (wife Linda); aunt and dear friend of many.
Janet was born November 18, 1939 in Fremont, Ohio and graduated from Fremont Ross High School. She resided in Richmond Heights for the past 55 years, where she was a former President of the Richmond Heights Garden Club. Professionally, she worked in banking and wealth management for 30 years. Personally known for having a green thumb, she enjoyed being outside tending to her garden. She had a talent for making flower arrangements from wreaths to center pieces. Equally, she enjoyed baking and cooking for family and friends. Janet had a great fondness for her dogs, and she was especially devoted to her children and grandchildren. Their memories of Janet will be cherished and remembered forever, with love.
Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Janet at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) FRIDAY, JUNE 20, 2025 FROM 4-8PM.
