Passed away on June 21, 2022, at the age of 66, she was born in Lansing, MI on June 4, 1956, daughter of Roy and Constance (Wilcox) Fox. Janet was a graduate of Grand Ledge High School class of 1975, and went on to become a Nurse Assistant. She enjoyed spending time at Saugatuck beach, shoe shopping, collecting jewelry, and going to the casino..
Janet is survived by her daughter Heather Shaw; son Matthew Shaw; grandchildren: Kaeton Shaw, Kane Shaw, Michael Shaw, Tre Killian, and Marrah Whitby; 4 great grandchildren; siblings Karen (Lynn) Cudney, Howard (Shawn) Fox, Lori Shiels, Donnie (Anna) May, and Tara May; sister-in-law Kathy Fox. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Rex, brothers Jim Fox and Roger May.
No services will be held at this time. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in loving memory of Janet to the donation of your choice. The family has entrusted arrangements to the Mills Funeral Home, Peters & Murray Chapel, Grand Ledge. Online condolences may be placed at www.millsfuneral.com.
