Janet M. Sissel, of Kansas City, Missouri, was born on February 18, 1941 and passed away on September 07, 2025 at her residence at the age of 84.
She was a housewife who spent her lifetime caring for her children with love and strength that guided them as they grew.
Janet enjoyed spending time at the lake, fishing and playing cards with her family and friends. As well as attending the Kansas City Royals games.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ron Sissel; her parents, Lloyd and Marge Linville; as well as her daughters: Lori and Marcia McElroy; and grandson: Brandon McConnel.
She leaves behind her daughter: Chris McConnel, son: Craig McElroy, step daughter: Rhonda VanVacter, step son: Ron Sissel, and two step grandsons: Tyler and Jacob VanVacter.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children. Located at: 2900 N Rocky Point Dr., Tampa, FL 33607.
