Janice May Davenport, of Langhorne PA, passed away at home on November 6, 2023. She was born April 19, 1947 in Philadelphia to the late William and Thelma Pritchard. Janice is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Thomas Davenport, her daughter, Tricia Salmon and son-in-law, Michael, their children Abby, Bella, and Levi; and her son, Jonathan Davenport and his children, Cody and Gideon.
Janice grew up in the Rhawnhurst section of Philadelphia and graduated from Northeast High School. She roller skated competitively and was a part of her school's Color Guard. Shortly after marrying Tom, they moved to Langhorne, where they raised their two children. Janice was a talented pianist and taught piano lessons. She enjoyed being involved in her church, attending Bible studies, and being part of her church family.
She worked several years as a secretary at Langhorne Presbyterian and Washington Crossing United Methodist Churches. Janice enjoyed taking care of her family and spending time with her grandchildren. She also loved going on walks with her husband. She will be greatly missed, but is now at peace with her Savior.
