Jason Keith Meads

MEADS, Jason Keith, 46, passed away on Saturday, June 3, 2023. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 19, 2023 from Prattville Memorial Chapel at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Prattville Memory Gardens with Prattville Memorial directing. The family will receive friends at Prattville Memorial on Monday one-hour prior to the service.
Keith was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Carol Meads; and his brother, Chris Meads. He was survived by his father, Harold Meads; sister, Autumn Hall; one nephew, Tyler Walker; one aunt and uncle, Walter Meads (Bobbie Ann) and Mary Ann Smotherman (Mike); extended family and friends.
He was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama. He attended Sidney Lanier High School and later went on to become a Roofer for 30 years. He moved to California in 2017, where he started his own company as well as working for the Union.
Keith loved fishing and watching Alabama football, when he wasn't watching football or fishing, he would be grilling in his backyard. He loved taking his dog "Max" for walks and being outside with his 2 Savanna cats, Harley and Miles. He also has a passion for being a collector of many things, including case knives, antique grandfather clocks, and wooden watches. Friends always played a special role in his life. Keith truly loved and enjoyed spending time with his family. He always loved for family to come to California and visit. He would have already planned more than you could do, but he always made sure you enjoyed your visit. He loved going to Sea World and riding the largest roller coaster and would always talk you into riding it also. Most of all Keith LOVED the Lord! He will be loved and missed by many.
