She is also survived by seven grandchildren: Sarah and JP Reagan; John (Natalie) and Claire Denny; Ben, Sam and Haley Radde; two great grandchildren, Peyton and Kolter Denny, several nieces and nephews as well as her beloved cat, Georgie. In addition to her husband, Jim, she was predeceased by her parents and her two brothers, Donald and Charles Hasner.
Jean will be deeply missed by all who knew her. The family is forever grateful for all the wonderful care givers through the years, who lovingly supported her since Jim's passing. Additionally, the care provided by Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley the last few days of her life was a true comfort to the family.
Calling hours will be at the Donaldson Funeral Home in Massena on Friday January 31, 2025 from 2pm-4pm followed by a prayer service commencing at 4pm. A celebration of Jean's remarkable life will be scheduled for a later date this coming summer honoring her love for sunshine, family and the St. Lawrence River.

My sympathy to the family. I never had the good fortune to meet Jean but if she is anything like her daughter Jill, she must have been an incredible life force. I hope she is at peace. -Bob Corona
