Memorial Services will be at 7:00 PM on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, St. Cloud for Jean Marie Scheil, 65 of Coon Rapids, who passed away on Monday November 7th at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids. Chaplain James Neppl will officiate. Burial will be in North Star Cemetery, St. Cloud. Family and friends can gather from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM Thursday evening at the funeral home in St. Cloud. Arrangements have been entrusted to Williams Dingmann Funeral Home in St. Cloud.
Jean was born on August 31, 1957 to Albert and Bernice (Eveslage) Michalski in St. Cloud. She married Gary Scheil on June 11, 1983 at St. Lawrence Church in Duelm. She worked as a housekeeper for The Home of the Good Shepherd in Shoreview. Jean loved to decorate her home for holidays both inside and out. She was known as Mama Scheil to everyone. Jean had a special way to find the perfect gift for anyone. She also loved to spend time outside taking care of her garden and flowers. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Jean is survived by her husband Gary of Coon Rapids, children; Corey of Princeton, Heather (Daniel) Behrens of Minneapolis, Jeff of Fort Worth, TX, and Michelle Scheil of Coon Rapids, grandchildren Whitney Behrens, Finley Behrens, Isabella Scheil and Morgan Scheil, and brother Dennis Michalski of Tucson, AZ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Jeanette Hockert and brothers Daniel and David.

Jean's laugh fills my memories of her. She will be deeply missed. Jean was loved. May she rest in peace now, no more pain. Cousins and friends forever.
