Jeanette A. Danczyk, 81, passed away peacefully on Saturday January 20, 2024 at Wausau Aspirus Hospital.
She is admired for her strength while battling health issues, especially within the past year.
She was born January 5, 1943 in Chicago, IL, to the late John and Clara (Kaminski) Busa.
On August 31, 1963 she married Harry Danczyk at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Mill Creek. Harry passed in September 22, 2006.
Jeanette worked at various places, including; Sentry, Del Monte, Whiting Hotel and retired from UWSP Food Service.
She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family and especially had a lot of fun with the Wii bowling group. She enjoyed playing bingo and was very lucky on the slot machines. She loved making arts, crafts and puzzles.
Survivors include daughter Cheryl (Mark) Hammon, and sons Loren (Janel) Danczyk and Russell Danczyk, her grandchildren, Leah (Abraham) Karbel, Michael Hammon, Amanda Hammon, Lydia Danczyk, Breanna Danczyk and Great Grandchildren Harriet and Clara Karabel.
In addition brother John (Linda) Busa, and sisters Linda (Eric) Klein and Nancy Stankevitz
She was preceded in death by brother Robert Busa, daughter Karen Kawleski and grandson Christopher Kawleski.
Mass Of Christian Burial For Jeanette will be held on Friday January 26, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church-2151 Stanley Street, Stevens Point, with the Rev Mark Danczyk and Rev Steve Brice officiating. Burial will follow in Guardian Angel Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Pisarski Funeral Homes are honored to be serving the family.
