Jeanne M. Silver, 76, of Bay Village, Ohio, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2024. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, on October 31, 1947, to the late Rocco and June (nee Rupplet) Scotti, Jeanne lived a life full of love and dedication.
She was the beloved wife of 32 years to Jerry Silver and a devoted mother to the late Nickolas Sabo and Kristen Gibbons. Jeanne's passion for reading was well-known among her family and friends. Her long and impactful career was spent teaching at-risk inner-city children, where she made a significant difference in many young lives.
Jeanne will be remembered for her kindness, compassion, and unwavering love. Her legacy of caring and teaching will continue to inspire those who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to The Brumagin/Nelson Fund at Case Western University.
Services will be private.

I just heard about Jeanne´s passing. I worked with her years ago. She was an absolutely lovely person. I am so sorry she´s gone.

I'm very sorry. We were school mates. Have the same birthday month and year. She had a special dad. We met again at an assisted living facility. What a shame she's gone. To Dr. Silver...be glad you had her for so many years.....she's back to star dust. Yolanda Norby
