SCOTT, Jeannette, "Jan", August 19, 2025 Age 84. Beloved wife of the late Ron (2021). Loving mother of Debora (Walter) Kujawa, Ronald Scott, Gary (Karen) Scott, Cheryl Scott, and Jeffrey (Ana) Scott. Proud grandmother of Steven, Melissa, Matthew, Brittany, Samantha, Taylor, Andrew, and William. Predeceased by her adored parents Henry and Evelyn Lowin and her dear siblings Eleanor Christianson and Dennis Lowin. Jan is survived by her sister-in-law Chris Lowin and many admiring nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Jan loved her family and her church, St. Malachy. She was President of the Women's Club, and she headed up the St. Malachy's craft show for many years, the wreath and grave blankets, and many other church activities. She was very active and loved to travel, and loved going to the cider mill on her birthday. Fall was her favorite time of year, and she loved smiley faces. She had unconditional love and was the most loving and kindest person ever. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by everyone who knew her. Visitation Wednesday August 27th from 3-9pm with a 7pm Rosary service at Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons 36900 Schoenherr at Metro Parkway (16 Mile Rd). Funeral Thursday instate 10:30am at St. Malachy Catholic Church 14115 14 Mile Rd (East of Schoenherr) until time of Mass 11am. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
