Jeffery Ross "Jeff" McKillip

Jeffery "Jeff" Ross McKillip passed away on October 12, 2025 at the age of 40 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. A visitation will be held from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at West Funeral Home. A visitation will be held in at Deweyville Church, in Deweyville, Utah on Sunday, October 26, 2025 from 6p.m. to 8p.m. A graveside service will take place at Deweyville Cemetery, in Deweyville, Utah on Monday, October 27, 2025 at 12p.m.

He was born on December 23,1984, in Fort Worth, Texas, to parents Daniel McKillip and Mary Ricketson. Jeff grew up with a strong work ethic, a sharp sense of humor, and a heart full of love and care. He was a proud graduate of Carlsbad High School, going on to working as a Compression Mechanic for Kodiak Gas Services. On May 20, 2024, Jeff married the love of his life, Lindsey (Gardner) McKillip, in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Together, they built a life centered around love, laughter, and their beautiful family. Jeff was a devout husband, father, son, brother, and friend.
He found joy in simple things- cheering for the Green Bay Packers, spending time working on projects in his shop, playing, Xbox with his boys, and watching his daughter Kami cheer. He reveled in time spent outdoors, going on boonie rides and catching snakes, lizards and various creatures.

Jeffery is preceded in death his dad, Daniel, his grandma Jane Joes, his mother-in-law Debbie gardener, and his niece Ashlynn Benson.

Jeff's memory lives on in the lives of his darling wife Lindsey McKillip, his daughter, Kami, his sons, Jaxon and Jordyn, his mom Mary Ricketson, his brother Jamie and his wife Magaly Goff, his sister Brandy McKillip, his father-in-law Bart Gardner, and many nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Jamie Goff, Bart Gardner, Ryan Gardner, Bridjer Gardner, Jaxon McKillip, Jordyn McKillip, Kim Sparks, Brendon Goodey, Buzz Webb, Zach Jensen, and Ryker Jensen. Jeff's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
