Jeffrey Barker Obituary
March 22, 1950 - April 14, 2025
Jeffrey Wayne Barker, 75, of Brigham City, Utah, passed away on April 14, 2025. Born on March 22, 1950, in Brigham City, Jeffrey was a lifelong resident of Box Elder County.
Jeffrey was a graduate of Box Elder High School, class of 1968, and his dedication to his work was evident in his long tenure as a machinist at Hill Air Force Base. Prior to this, his service as an air traffic controller in the military demonstrated his commitment to his country and his unwavering discipline.
Beyond his professional life, Jeffrey was a man of many talents and interests. He found joy in oil painting and sketching, and he always had a knack for building and programming computers. An avid fisherman, Jeffrey often found peace and tranquility at the end of a fishing rod.
Jeffrey will be remembered not only for his contributions to his community and country, but also for his genial personality and the joy he brought into the lives of those around him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Carol Barker, and his daughters, Lisa Barker and Sharon Barker.
A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Willard City Cemetery, 470 North Main Street, Willard UT 84340.
