MR. JEFF CAPE
Mr. Jeffrey "Jeff" Max Cape, Sr., 63 of Newnan, passed away Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at Upson Regional Medical Center.
Born March 10, 1962 in Atlanta, Mr. Cape was the son of the late Willard Max Cape and Myrna Burrell Cape. He was a resident of Luthersville for 20 years before making his home in Newnan and was a member of Rocky Mount Baptist Church. Mr. Cape collected everything NASCAR, enjoyed fishing, and loved his family.
Survivors include his wife, Tammy Cape of Newnan; his children, Stephanie Graham and her husband, Chris, of Newnan, Jeffrey Max Cape, Jr. and his wife, Melinda, of Greenville, and August Hope Besse of Newnan; 9 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 5, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Wayne Settle will officiate and interment will be in Luthersville Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 until 2 Saturday afternoon.
