Jeffrey M. Dombrowski

Jeffrey M. Dombrowski age 59, of Erie, passed away on Sunday, March 13, 2022 at his residence after fighting a courageous battle with cancer.

He was born in Erie on August 17, 1962, a son of the late Ferdinand and Irene Sokolowski Dombrowski.

Jeff graduated from Gannon University with a Bachelor of Science degree and Indiana Wesleyan University with a Master of Business Administration degree.

He worked alongside his son, as Vice President of Lake Erie Tool Works.

Jeff's greatest accomplishment was his children and grandchildren. He loved spending time with his family, sailing, woodworking, and traveling, especially to Walt Disney World, and any beach. He enjoyed watching comedy movies and spending time on the water.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Richard, Leonard and Michael Dombrowski; a sister, Kathy Dombrowski; brother-in-law, Robert Riefstahl; a nephew, Todd Lawless; and his father-in-law, Lavern George Wiler.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Brenda Wiler Dombrowski; three children, Shannon McConnell (Tim), Nicholas Dombrowski (Rachel) and Sara Tillotson (David); 7 grandchildren, Carter and Leo McConnell, Joseph, Evelyn, Anna and Matthew Dombrowski, and Noah Tillotson; two sisters, Christine Watts and Cindy Riefstahl; and a brother, Robert Dombrowski.

Friends may call at the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services, 3801 W. 26th Street on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and are invited to attend a prayer service there on Thursday at 10:15 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. at St. Luke Catholic Church 421 E. 38th Street, Erie, PA 16504. Burial to follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
