I have a lot of memories from the Langenderfer household. I spent as much time with them as I did my own home down the street. Poor Jeff was often trying to mitigate the latest shenanigans involving me and Kristen. I would have to say throughout the years his patience grew as he learned how to navigate 2 little girls that loved each other, fought like sisters who thick as thieves and were always up for an adventure. He often would set up the massive doll house for me and Kristen, record special cartoons on his new VCR (yes we are that old), and would spend hours out side or in the kitchen watching us playing in the pool ensuring no one drowned. He sometimes was the overprotective parent telling us we had to change our cloths and wash the makeup off to go to the campground dance (we were 10). He didn´t seem too upset when we set his oven on fire that one time. I remember him idolizing Don Johnson (he even had the white sport coat with rolled up sleeves. And his excitement when he purchased his brand new Camaro. As I have gotten older I realized there was so much more to Jeff than what my child eyes could see. Jeff was a very very loving husband. He often would brag about his kids and all of their accomplishments. Jeff loved his kids, he once scoured the city in search of the perfect christmas present for Aaron (an animatronic ALF doll) He adored his grandchildren spoiling them rotten (often leaving Kristen saying, I never got away with that!). Jeff hired my husband in at Detroit Stoker and taught him how to read blue prints. My husband would always say, "man is he smart!" My husband often says Jeff is one of the best bosses he ever had! I will hold these memories and so many others close to my heart. Love you forever Jodi

I met Jeff and Darlene when I was married to Jerry.
Enjoyed our Christmas gatherings. We didn´t see each other too much.
I wanted to send condolences to all the family.

Our first memory of Jeff is moving his and Darlene's camper trailer on a lot next to us in Lazy River Campgrounds. Camping always brings back special memories of Jeff and Darlene. Jeffrey was a very dedicated family man, and a hard worker. The funniest memory was of Jeff driving into the campgrounds with a 16ft. extension ladder hanging out of the window of his brand-new Camaro. Jeffrey, Darlene, Kristen and Aaron were like family.
