Jeffrey Thomas Pickle, 60, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on February 9, 2025, while on vacation in the Dominican Republic to celebrate his 15th wedding anniversary. He was born on April 6, 1964 to Thomas and Marijo (Woodward) Pickle. Jeff was a graduate of St. John's Jesuit High School in 1982.
Jeff was a born salesman, beginning at Osterman Jewelers while still in high school. His most recent career was a top flooring salesman at Refloor, making a lasting impact on all who worked with him. He had a passion for being a flooring salesman like no other and always said he went into his customer's home as a stranger and left as a friend. Jeff loved the Detroit Lions and Pistons, the University of Toledo Rockets and the University of Michigan Wolverines. He enjoyed playing sports with friends and family, including volleyball, tennis and throwing around a frisbee.
He is survived by his parents; his loving wife, Lynette; brothers, John Pickle and Dave Pickle; daughter, Avviana; step-son, John (Carla) Bordine; and granddaughter, Maddie Bordine, who adoringly called him "Pop-Pop". He leaves behind his much loved Yorkipoos, Bella and Milo, and the many fish who provided him with hours of relaxation. He deeply cherished his family and took immense pride in being 'Pop-Pop'.
A Celebration of Life will take place at Coyle Funeral Home, 1770 S. Reynolds Rd., Toledo, Ohio, on Friday, March 7, 2025. Friends and family may visit from 12:00 - 8:00 p.m, with a Memorial Service and Sharing of Memories at 6:30 p.m.
