Jenifer Lynne Kelly

Jenifer Kelly, born on January 27, 1956, to William and Ruth Kelly in Teaneck, NJ, peacefully passed away on November 12, 2023, surrounded by her family. Jenifer, the middle child, was close with her brothers Bill and Peter Kelly.
After graduating from Northern Valley Regional High School in 1974, she pursued her education at Wellesley College, where she earned a degree in Psychology in 1978. Her academic journey continued when she earned an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Jenifer was a loving mother to Andrew Harbeck (Natalie), Elenor Harbeck (Kevin, Adeline), and Mara Bostridge (Eddie) as well as an adoring parent to Kathleen Rich (Simon, Oona, Anita) and Antonio Gil. After raising her family in Thiensville, WI, she embarked on a new chapter in Boston, a city she had always loved.
Jenifer was passionate about her career, leveraging her business skills in diverse industries, ranging from British sports car shops to environmental services. Outside of work she enjoyed volunteering, reading, and spending time with her friends & family.
Jenifer pursued many activities throughout her life including tennis, paddle, downhill skiing, rowing, and yoga. Summer days at the beach and her dogs held a special place in her heart. Jenifer had many life-long friendships. Quick to connect with loved ones, she created frequent opportunities for shared moments. She loved hosting family and friends and remained involved in the lives of those she held dear. Above all, she embodied unwavering dedication as a mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend.
A celebration of her life will be held in early 2024. In lieu of flowers, consider a donation to your local ALS association or another charitable organization of your choice.
