Jennifer Lynn Collard

Jennifer Lynn Collard, age 72, of Corydon, Indiana, passed away on March 12, 2025.
Born on October 29, 1952, in Albia, Iowa, to Jearl and Belva (Furneau) Rowe, Jennifer was a loving wife, mother, and homemaker. On March 9, 1972, she married Kenneth Collard. Together, they built a life in Corydon, where Jennifer took great joy in being an integral part of her family and community.
Jennifer was a member of the Homemakers Club, where she was a part of the Hectic Housewives group. Her hobbies included quilting, knitting, playing the piano, and caring for her beloved pets. She will always be remembered for her nurturing spirit and the warmth she brought to those around her.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jearl Dean Rowe; her mother, Belva Rowe; her brother, Brett Rowe; and her sister, Christine Rowe.
Jennifer leaves behind her devoted husband, Kenneth Collard; her loving children, Lauralee (Mike) Peppers and Kenneth (Amanda) Collard Jr.; her brother, Alan (Arnie) Rowe; and her sister, Elizabeth (Randy) Erickson. She will also be missed by many other family members and friends whose lives she touched with her kindness and love.
A visitation will be held on Monday, March 17, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and again on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Swarens Funeral Home in Ramsey, Indiana. A funeral service will follow on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 12:00 PM. Burial will take place at Mount Zion Cemetery in Depauw, Indiana.
