Cherryville - Mr. Jeremy Wayne Craft, 36, passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at Atrium Health - Cleveland.
Jeremy was born on March 31, 1988 in Cleveland County, NC a son of Wayne Carl "Pete" Craft, Jr. and Reba Mauney Craft of Cherryville. He was employed by Carolina Traffic Devices as a sales representative. Jeremy was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Cherryville. He was also a member of both groups of the Cherryville New Year Shooters and the Cherryville Golf and Country Club. Jeremy loved horses, golf and hunting but especially loved his two children. He will be tremendously missed. Jeremy had a smile and personality that could light up any room. He was an amazing dad, coach, advisor and friend. He had a way of lifting your spirits with an encouraging word, a timely compliment, a bit of advice or simply by his jovial and enthusiastic personality.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Carla Craft and paternal grandparents, Wayne and Edna Craft.
In addition to his parents, survivors include his wife, Tricia Craft of the home; a son, Mason Craft; a daughter, Kylie Craft; a brother, Christopher Craft and wife, Trisha; maternal grandparents, Scott and Frances Mauney of Cherryville.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 30, 2024 from 1:30PM to 2:45PM at First Presbyterian Church in Cherryville.
A celebration of life service will be held at 3:00PM on Sunday, June 30, 2024 at First Presbyterian Church with Dr. Bill Lowe officiating.
Burial will follow the service at City Memorial Cemetery in Cherryville.
Memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church, 107 W. Academy Street, Cherryville, NC 28021.
